Our company is successor in interest to the Mills Abstract Company, Las Vegas Title Guaranty Company, San Miguel County Abstract Company, Fidelity Abstract Company of Santa Rosa, NM and Territorial Abstract & Title Co., Inc., and has data bases for San Miguel, Mora and Guadalupe Counties, which date back to the mid 1800's. We possess over 100,000 abstracts and title insurance files at our office which, together, cover almost every property you might deal with in these counties.
We are proud of our professional staff, 4 of whom are licensed title insurance examiners with the New Mexico Department of Insurance. Our remaining staff members are highly trained and attend regular training and education sessions. Further, our staff has a cumulative title experience of over 185 years.
